I sent an email and received no reply. How come?
I try to answer all inquiries as soon as possible. Please bear in mind, however, that I may not always be able to get back with you right away. Thanks.
Occasionally, someone may submit an inquiry which I answer, and then my answer gets bounced back to me because the sender did not give me their correct e-mail address, or misspelled their e-mail address on the form. It is important that you use your correct e-mail address when writing (and please check the spelling of it). If you do not do so, I will be unable to answer you.
I do not give or sell your e-mail address to anyone, nor do I keep your address on file. It is used only to reply to you.
Therefore, if you did not receive an answer from me, please try again, making sure you give me your correct e-mail address. Thanks!
A note to Earthlink users: It is very frustrating for me to reply to your e-mail and then receive a message asking that I fill out a form so that I can be added to your list of approved senders. I immediately delete these form messages. I suggest you contact me from a web-based e-mail provider such as Yahoo, Google G-mail or Hotmail if you don't want to receive any e-mail at your Earthlink e-mail address. So if you write to me from an Earthlink address and do not receive a reply...now you know why.
Please note that there are certain inquiries which I regret that I cannot answer, and those are as follows:
* E-mail asking for "information" on a radio;
* E-mail asking for the value of a radio or asking "what is it worth;"
* E-mail asking where you may find parts, tubes, etc. for your radio;
* E-mail seeking recommendations of a local radio-TV repair shop; and
* E-mail seeking help with the modern Philco Music Systems, CD players, etc.
These questions have already been answered in the Frequently Asked Questions section of the Contact Ron page.
