If you grab service bulletins from Audiophool they are in DjView

There are several programs to use these files.

So far my favorite is WinDjView. Runs fine at least through Win7 and I have found non problematic. Added advantage is it is free!

I also had an XXL that would not oscillate in my radio but worked fine as a mixer. I switched the two and it worked fine.

The Philco service manual I linked to above has the Philco part numbers and some of the values.

The first link to PP tech has LOTS of good stuff in the menu on the right.

Under the "General" heading "How to decipher Philco resistor numbers" is a real Gem.
