Capacitor difference - CR220 - 04-02-2016

What is the difference between Philco part number 3615SU and 3615OSU? These are both bakelite block capacitors.

The "O" designated a block with high melting point wax.. No "O", standard wax..

According to the Philco Condensers and More book I have they are the same thing, a 0.05uf capacitor between the two outside terminals.
