Power transformer values Philco 655 - hunter2115 - 04-11-2013

Anyone know the amperage ratings for a replacement trans for a Philco 650 or 655?
Philco part #32-7402
Nostalgia Air schematic shows 680v HV CT, 5v for the 80 heaters, and 6.3v for the filaments. Eight tube set with PP 42's
Id like to know the amperage ratings for if they are listed somewhere.
Thanks

Well best guess is the 5 volt needs to be 2 amps, the 6.3 about 5 amps, and the HV about 175 MA or so.

Here you go:

760 VCT @ 140 mA
6.3V @ 4A
5V @ 2A

From 1941 Philco parts catalog. Confirmed with 1946 Philco parts catalog although the '46 edition lists 3.75A for the 6.3V winding? If you're looking at a new Hammond, I would go with the 4A rating.

Edcor makes a 200mA of the right specs for $59. Cheaper (and closer to spec) than Hammond.
Only thing is that its vertical mount. Maybe find a set of horizontal bells that will fit??
