This transformer has been performing admirably for several days now.  It is the radio I listen to while working on other projects, such as the rewinding of the output transformer for the 96 I'm restoring. I sure hopw I don't run into too  much need for this kind of work!  It's tedious, but kind of satisfying.

Yes, I think this sums it up perfectly. Great to know it works for you. Gives me hope that my rewinds will bring the 16X to life again.

We're close now. If there is enough free time over the Xmas holidays, I may get to feeding it some electrons.
