As Earthlink essentially killed my "free" web space, I recreated the missing web pages I had there.  And they are now at my domain www.wa2ise.com    Most of what I had on Earthlink and Netcom is now at http://www.wa2ise.com/netcom/netcomhomepage.htm   I used the Wayback Machine to recover most of this material.
