The model 91 chassis would be larger, back to front, so I'm not sure that the chassis bolt holes will line up with a model 71 chassis, the control positions are the same between a model 70 and 90 but I don't know about the 71 and 91. However I don't think that the cabinet on that painted model 71 is all that bad, the chassis has surface rust anyhow so it's not like it's a pristine chassis in an ugly cabinet.
