38-12 Electrolytics and dial face

I just picked up a 38-12. I'm about to start the recap and I have a question: one electrolytic is a 4 mfd and the other is a 12 mfd. Can I substitute a 10 for the 4 and 15 for the 12?
Also, does anyone have repro dial faces? It is just thin tin foil.
Thanks.
Here is the schematic:

Should be no problem replacing the 4 with a 10, and a 15 for the 12.
The 4 is after the field coil which acts a choke, so a higher value here will not raise the DC output voltage and it will provide better filtering.

When I restored 38-15 (which is same as 12 with SW added) I put 10uF in 12uF place.
This radio in fact totally abhores (not sure why) today's 120V voltage and raising capacitance 25% (this is what 3uF is to 12uF) does not really help.
So if anything I'd go 10uF or 12uF (if you want to parallel), not much higher.
The 4uF cap as Mondial said does not matter much. If you go 10uF also, then you can use two of the same value.

Is that for the dial face-not the plastic cover?

I'm pretty sure it's the dial, since it's listed under Reproduction Graphics > Philco > Dials - Plastic / Phenolic. Not a lot of phenolic dial covers out there.
