Had to leave this one alone for a while had a bunch of honey do chores to get done but got back on it. Got the AM working finally . Did a red pencil and found a resistor that didn't belong but the T4 I think was the culprit. While unsoldering one of the connections It just broke away it was broken underneath and not visible looking down on it. Went ahead and removed it and checked the coils 15ohms each as well as the fixed trimmer cap which is riveted together 150pf. put it all back together and ran a lead out to replace the broken pin and it worked. Thanks to all who offered help and on to the next project.
