need Philco 89 alignment info
#1

I have a Philco 89 working and now I want to try and perform an alignment on this radio. Like most radios of this era I had to rewind the Osc. coil. I also replaced all the electrolytic and paper capacitors and many out of tolerance resistors, including the volume control.
This radio is a Philco 89 model 123 and I believe it is am earlier model, since this radio is using a type 36 tube for the Det/Osc. I am using the following schematic:

Like I stated I want to try and align this radio and only have the instructions posted on nostalgair:

http://www.nostalgiaair.org/PagesByModel...013877.pdf

On these instruction they mention connection to the grid of the type 77 tube and I have a type 36 tube. They also show the three adjustments as being on the back of the chassis. My radio has only two adjustments on the back of the chassis and one located on the top, of the chassis, between the antenna transformer and the detector coil.

Does anyone have the alignment procedures for this radio or can they tell me where I can find these instructions.
