hey guys
I received this was recapped at one point was suppose to work but nope did not I reflowed solder to cap and resistor that come loose it worked only problem is line adjustment will not center will not gou past 30
their is a cap old one with red strip ? schematic say`s should be a 20k and 47k is this a resister never see this before

Without researching the part number, I believe that item is a Federal Selenium Rectifier Diode.

1159 is a good Federal selenium rectifier number.
Here's a manual, but it doesn't appear to match what's pictured:

it is a Federal Selenium Rectifier Diode 1159 but it dose not give any spec`s schematic says 20k

Sam,
The rectifier is marked 8Y1 on the schematic.
The item marked 20K is an adjustment pot.
