I'm working on my Philco 38-690, code 125, Run 4. Parts 29 and 30 look original, but the values do not agree with the schematic. On the schematic, they are 250mmf capacitors connected to the grids of the 6N7 oscillator control tube. These sure look like 140mmf units, and they test at 170 and 190. What is in your radio ? These are near the front of the center chassis section.
