hey guys
I am looking for info for  P-274 battery  seams to be nothing on internet about them
need one for a philco E-678 portable  radio need schematic to

If you can give me the voltages for the B section and A section of the battery pack, and the dimensions of the area it fits, I can explain how to make yourself a suitable replacement. I guess you will have to get a schematic first to find that. Also, you might try posting this in the "electronic repair" section. It might get more notice by the electronic restorers. Agree, get schematic, find out voiltages needed, and you can put together inexpensive 9 volt batteries for B+ and a couple of C or D batteries for filaments, and AA's for bias if needed. Else you can build easily a plug in battery elimiter, tons of stuff here and on web. Posts already given are great advice!
