Design Patent Label

Had not seen one of these before.

Saw it on an ebay listing for a Philco 70.  Label is on the back arch.  The design patent number shows up in google patents.

That was applied to many Philco 70 and 90 cathedral cabinets (but not all). I don't remember right now if it ever made it onto any 21 cathedral cabinets, but I don't think it did. Although, since the design patent was granted on April 21, 1931, while the 21 was in production, it is possible that some may have this decal. It was also used on the rear arch of many 35 and 46 cathedral cabinets.
