1941-42 Philco Radio Model #50-T
#1

I have just installed a nice 1941-42 Philco Products Ltd, Toronto, Canada table model #50-T radio in my kitchen.
It sounds pretty good but I'm wondering how do you set the five station push buttons. One button if for off/on and the other five are not doing anything right know. I can tune stations manually but not with the buttons.
Any suggestions of what to do or where to get a users manual. Hope somebody can lend a hand. Warm regards
Gord Morrison up in Canada.

Hi Gordon, I tried to find info you need but couldn't. You might try
 Just Radios
they sell schematics and are in Canada. I think a lot of the push button adjustments are fairly simular, you migt try searching for the 1940/41 USA. made philcos with push button tunning and read how to adjust.
                                                                          Good luck.

Hi Gord Welcome to the Phorum!
Try looking here for one that looks like it:

or
http://philcoradio.com/gallery/1941a.htm
Then look up the US model # here:

As Mike said most are pretty generic.

Unfortunately, the Philco (Canada) 50 does not have a USA equivalent.

It is very similar to the Canadian 51A, but with a single ended output instead of the push-pull output in the 51A.

I own a 51AT and I wrote about its restoration here just over a year ago:

As Mike mentioned, try Just Radios for the schematic.
