My Philco Model 70 speaker's cone does not move in and out of the voice coil, is this normal? It also has a couple of tears in it. If I were to have it replaced, do I have to transfer the spider located at the bottom of the cone to the new cone? If I were to leave it out, how does it effect the sound?
