Philco 51-930 cabinet restoration
#1

Hello guys,
I am restoring my Philco 51-930 and the chassis is complete now it's time for the cabinet .
you can see how grimmy and nasty this cabinet is so first thing   is removing the Dial cover and bezal there some screws and a couple clips that go over some posts so what is the easiest why to deal with those two clips with out damaging them or the dial .

Sincerely Richard
P.S. what would you suggest to clean the cabinet I have go jo  hand cleaner !

hello Paul,
Yes, the set turned out really nice and sounds great thank you to Terry for his advice to add a resistor in the audio output stage making a RC circuit .
Well I also changed the audio output tube from a 35 to a 50 .

Sincerely Richard
