Brother in law just dropped this off at my house. It is in good shape. Leather strap /handle Is there. No cracks. Case is in good shape. Needs cleaned. Have not looked inside. Not test leads were in the box.

Welcome to the Philco Forum and what great gift that meter looks to be in nice shape .
Those jacks were also used on early Mics and lots of test equipment Amphenol Single Pin Microphone .

If you are trying to sell this item, there are rules here about that.
It needs to go to "For sale or trade", and the asking price listed explicitly.
