Help Me Identify My Sister's Radio

My little sister in Chicago has a Philco that vaguely resembles a coffee table. It has a board protuding out on the bottom on one side, like a shelf, ending in a curved shape. It has another such board on the top. The top has a speaker on the side where the protuding boards are, in between them. It also has a headphone set.
