39-116 Pilot Lamp Lense

Today's add to the line is a 39-116. I have gone thru the whole pilot lamp discussion on a previous 42-400...lens missing on it and any and all others I've seen. And there is a decent replacement for that...but THIS set ...which as I have disassembled it appears very original but yet the pilot lamp lens is there..clear tho, faceted and a kind of half dome.
Anyone else with this radio have the same lens? Hate to pull an original and am wondering if the red lens was a later change to the roll top counsels. I'll post pics if anyone is interested....

Thanks folks for any thoughts....ways down the road as I dig into the chassis but it is a curiosity to me.
