Hello, I'm wondering if there is a resource for the plastic escutcheon/faceplate for a Model 42-358 console. I haven't found anything online.

There isn't...sorry. Your only recourse is to find a junk set with a halfway decent escutcheon. They will all have warpage to a greater or less degree, thanks to the Tenite which was used then.

As 3D printing becomes more common, the time may come when these can be easily reproduced...
