Looking for old thread
#1

Am looking for a thread that discussed the plug in antenna transformer for the '41 models. There was a hand drawn diagram included. Anyone got a link?

When my pals were reading comic books
I was down in the basement in my dad's
workshop. Perusing his Sam's Photofoacts
Vol 1-50 admiring the old set and trying to
figure out what all those squiggly meant.
Circa 1966
Now I think I've got!

Is this it?

I have found that it is much easier to find things from the Phorum by searching on Google as follows:

Type in the question you have and follow it with site:philcoradio.com. Example:

Philco antenna switch site:philcoradio.com

This generally works much better than the Phorum's own built-in search.

Tnx Ron! Yes that's the one I was seeking. I did try to find it by using Google but didn't find it. I do try to do my homework before I post (believe it or not).
Maybe that thread it worthy of posting in the library.

I often use Google to find stuff on the Phorum.
It gives the text version and then allows to go to the source.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
