Does anyone know what brand and part number was used for the phonograph in a Philco 41-604p?

It sez in the radio section that the phono info is on pg 135 so there it is. Pretty sure Philco made that one.

workshop. Perusing his Sam's Photofoacts
Vol 1-50 admiring the old set and trying to
figure out what all those squiggly meant.
Circa 1966
Now I think I've got!
