Philco ceramic resistors color code

Hello. 
     I'm new to this Phorum and am restoring a model 96.  I have the Ray Bintliff book on Philco condensers and other parts, but have run across a couple of resistors that don't seem to be listed there.  The first one has a green body with white ends. The second one is blue with white ends and the third is yellow with white ends.  There is also a dogbone with a brown body and a yellow end and no dot. This one measures 23.9K  Can anyone please help me out with the listed values of these components?  Thanks
