Latest CL Find ....A Zenith 7s366
#1

After several months of communications, planning etc.(December -March) my acquisition of the Philco 38-116 fell apart. I had arranged the day to go pick it up along with this radio. When I lost the Philco, I debated on whether to go ahead and make the trip to see this one. Finally decided it was worth a look and when I saw it I figured I really had to have it. I had not seen this cabinet before and the look of it really got my attention. It is like a very fine piece of furniture.

It has some issues, but nothing I don't think can't be restored.

Looks nice. The cabinet seems to be in a very good shape. To me this is what matters most.

Nice! Not an often seen model.

Good score! I have the much more common 7S363. Same chassis, I believe.

I have the 363 also but I like that "filigree" carving at the top of the cabinet. Does it extend around on the side clear to the back? Nice.

The "filigree" is only on the front.
