D-10 motor support grommets

What do you-all use for motor support grommets on the D-10 turntables? They are about 1/2" high, 1/2" diameter, and have a grove near one end, with a center hole slightly less than 1/4". I working on two D-10 turntables for two 46-1203 radio-record players:
