Thanks guys, I don't think I would have caught my mistake.  Resistor 42 should be 32K but when I made a new dogbone I put in a 3.2M resistor and painted it orange/red/orange.  I thought I double checked all of my resistors but  probably only looked at the first two digits.  I just put in a new 32K resistor and the radio works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Now I just have to do an alignment.
