Some day, and that day may never come, I will call upon you to do a service for me. But until that day, accept this justice as a gift

Hi Edisla ive got some cloth you may like for your radio, its hard to tell the original was like but this may work. Its the cloth on the right, I was comparing it to my grunow  teledail cloth in my radio.

Hmmm

Is it really shiny gold or is it a little dull?

It is kind of hard to tell. I would prefer no to be to shiny.

Its has a satin look to it, it is not shinny and looks to be a cotton rayon mix which was used for speaker grill cloth as far as I know. It is a nice pattern which could be used on a number of antique radios , that's why I bought it for my stash of cloth. I just thought I could help you in this very difficult time choosing fabric for your radio. Icon_wtf

You can also try your local fabric store to see what they might have. It takes a bit of walking around and sorting through bolts but sometimes you come across a nice fabric. We have a Joanne Fabric that has a pretty good inventory.

How big a piece do you have and what are you looking to get for it?

I can sell you the size you need for 15$ plus shipping around 5.00$

Checked Joanne's today and though I did see some things that could work I don't feel they were right for this unit.

Looks like I would need a 15 1/4 x 21 1/2. I'll probably measure a few more times just to be sure ;)

Fred Taylor I'll probably be PM'ing at some point soon.

Fred Taylor check your PM ;)

I guess I'm still in search of a good grille cloth.

Let me know if anyone finds anything that might fit this unit.

That looks very good. I thought that cloth would do the trick.
