Restored a 1936 12 selection Mills jukebox about a year and a half ago. That was my first, and was extremely satisfying to get all of the mechanisms, switches, etc... to function as designed. That unit had bright, clean, un-distorted LOUD sound. Did it for my old boss, and had to go into work several hours early every day for weeks, and bring home components to work on till the wee hours- (as no one was there on weekends or after hours) digging out and re-stuffing cans and caps...even made new dog bones & painted them the correct colors. Disassembled and repaired the coin drop mechanism, resistor box, control box, and installed new locks on the backboard, front playlist section and the "brain box". Over 400 hours of extra work, but was happy to do it!!!
