Ron, our founder, put this together and should be very helpful. It does not have a list of parts but the schematics are very readable.
Also try: http://www.audiophool.com/Philco.html where you can view Service Bulletins #146 and #146B. They have lists for the 121 and 123 respectively. you need to download the djvu reader to view the images. If you have trouble let me know.
