I'm trying to get a 37-650 up and running. I've replaced most of the resistors and capacitors and checked tubes. When I turn it on I Icon_confused

: get a 'buzzing' sound and I notice that the 6F6 output tube gets hotter than normal and has what appears to be a bluish haze inside. I've switched the tube with another...same thing. Any ideas?
