well as no one replied i guess they arent available. i found a cabinet shop that could fab the outer strips with router and handsaw and a carpenters square i reconstructed it from philippine mahogany and 9mm plywood. i havent installed it yet as i'm not to sure if its correct dimensionally. the original was so far gone accurate measurement was very difficult. what need to know is the amount the upper case overhangs the base on the sides and the front i have about a 16th. its easy at this stage to make a bit smaller.
