I'm working on the code 125 version of the model 16. On the tuning shaft, there's a fine tuning adjustment inside the main shaft. It will turn the tuning cap in some places, and other places it won't. I thought maybe that the dial cords were slipping, but at closer investigation, it's the inner shaft that's not turning at all in some places-apparently the cords are not at fault? Any thoughts?
