FWIW the 088 in the 1944 "Philco Radio Test Equipment Manual" has three output terminals - high, medium, and ground.

BTW, I did not see than 1944 manual on this site. It contains instructions and schematics for about all the test equipment that Philco made at that time. I also have manuals for several other later Philco test equipment items. Scans of all of them are on my site. I would be glad to provide any or all for hosting here. Nathan, I would be glad to discuss them with you.
