Microfarad is uf, mfd, mf and possibly more. You'll have to use your imagination. The 99,000 mf is a misprint. It's 99k ohms and you can use 100k. Try getting 4.7mfd for the 4mfd. Value for Y caps can be 0.01mfd. Resistor wattage is whatever the parts list says but you can use half watt for quarter watt.
