Thanks MrFixr55 for the info on the tubes.

The tube sockets for the 6A8, 6K7 and 6Q7 in my 38-10 do not have terminals for pin 1. I will start the process of changing these tube sockets so that pin 1 can be connected to ground.

I have a Protek LCR meter that I used to measure the coil resistances.

BC Selected, Resistance between A5 & A1 is 0.082 ohms (Primary of ANT Range 1 coil)
BC Selected, Resistance between A1 & A2 is 0.013 ohms (Verifies SW A1 & A2 are making contact)
BC Selected, Resistance between A6 & A7 is 2.04 ohms (Secondary of ANT Range 1 Coil)
SW Selected, Resistance between A1 & A2 is 0.14 ohms (Primary of ANT Range 2 Coil)
BC Selected, Resistance between A7 & Cap of 6A8 is 2.1 ohms (Secondary of ANT Range 2 Coil & Secondary of ANT Range 1 Coil in series)

How do these values look to you?
