Yep. You and I pretty much found the same Amphenol series connector with the same ratings.
And the Mouser will list 1.5kV. Whereas the WV is 250V (as you have just found out).
So basically to not to degrade the connector rating by much, use some potting/coating. Corona dope etc. On both sides where the pins go to the boards' pads. Both the socket and the header.
