The flush cutter does a good job but I need a narrower one to get under the tabs that have some solder at one end.
So I ordered the rest of the gauges (I have 10mm, so I ordered 4mm, 6mm and 8mm).
The iron set at 300W did the job but I did struggle a bit. The chassis is thick and is a massive heatsink; also, the device is fairly heavy, which is OK in itself, but coupled with the necessity to keep the trigger pressed makes the hand a bit tired if held for more than a minute. But it is fine, it works eventually.
So when the narrower cutter comes, I will use it and the iron to first lift the tab a bit, and then will finish the job with the pry bar and eventually pliers.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
