Harbor Freight sells a 180 piece rubber grommet set which contains an assortment of grommets. I used the 3/8" grommets on a 38-12, and they snapped right into the holes perfectly, providing a top and bottom cushion. If you don't have a Harbor Freight nearby, they are on the web at http://www.harborfreight.com . The set is item #46724.
