Very similar to the General (X)A5 series; only difference is the dial face. A brief look at the schematic looks like the right critter, too. Another contender is the 591. I just haven't found any with the same dial face.

I checked out Climax a little bit--boy, you're right, there isn't much out there. Radiomuseum.org didn't have any 5-tube schematics that the tube lineup matched. They had some pictures of cool cabinets, though
