Best of luck to you guys on the Philco 41-258!! If the radio hasnt had new capacitors installed yet, it would be advisable to replace the electrolytic-filter capacitors before attempting to power-up the radio!! A "full recapping" would be best for overall original performance, and it really doesnt take that much time or cost-expense either! There is plenty of info avail here if you need it!!
