I'll need some help with this one. If I understand, you want me to bypass the cathodes to rule out a bad tube.

From the schematic, it looks like pin 7 goes to R100 and pin 2 goes to ?????.

Also, I am not sure what "white band" means.

I am looking forward to learning on this one.
