I have duplicated the 39-6361 Tube Layout Label in Adobe Photoshop. The actual size of the label pasted in the cabinet is 3 1/8" X 2 1/2", so this label was created this same size. You may have to adjust the size on your printer to get the actual printed size to come out right.
I could make one for the 40-200 model too, but would need an image file of an old one first to see just where the extra tube socket is located on this 11 tube version in the label image.
I hope to have a 40-201 Model Label done soon. I will see if I can make one for the 40-195 and 40-200, however, I will need to know the Philco part number to place in the label.
