P-60D11L would like to know it's pin out

Yellow A+ = +1.5Vdc
Red B+ = 90Vdc
White B- = -90Vdc

Checking the tubes in the 41-90 Philco I have come up with the above pin out. 1A7, 1N5, 1H5, 1A5

Does this seem correct?
