Thanks a lot, Raleigh. I designed the graphics for the 22 1/2 V battery. That one is set up a bit differently inside. I made a lattice of cardboard pieces that had 3 sections by 5 sections to hold 15 AAA cells. The wiring went the same as the B part of this battery, just less. I used brass screws, nuts, and knurled nuts, all available at hardware stores, to make the terminals.
