Yeah right,
I haven't even started on the cabinets yet. MAybe, Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe by K-town.
That fat cabinet needs a lot of veneer so it may take a while.
You can come anyway though. Nice long drive, sore arses, Mike talking for 3 hours in traffic and driving really slow, then we can chat while Mikes eats chinese, and drink some awful beer but this time we have chairs!! and not the plastic ones either,

...and a working crapper too!
The very thought of road trips right now hurts my mind - the roads are bad, my wife just got into a fender-bender an hour ago.......no. Not now.

Sorry about that Mike,
Hope she is okay, first she drops the radio and now the car? Keep away from the good crystal for a while
Kirk
P.S. I want a few pics of the completed chassis.

Yeah, I feel shortchanged! Why, no cabinet! After all that effort!
Did you at least put a new power cord in?
Oh, did I mention this chassis lacks the tuning mechanism? What are you gonna do about it?
A pulley plus cord?

Just for reference, I screwed up the re-coning of the speaker
If you put the volume up it goes crazy!
Need a professional for that I guess

Probably off-center...shims will help next time.
How did you tackle the tuning gear?
PS. Do you realize you are probably the only owner of a working 45 in the whole wide world?

I ran a cord and had the original pieces so it worked out well
Thanks Sam but it wont get sold for a while if ever. It has too much of my time to be worth the selling price.
Plus I like owning it
