#1

Does anyone have a drawing you can post or pm me?  (It's the tombstone version.)  I'm working on the rust removal.

The dial string is simple on that model. There is a big pulley behind the dial and the tuning shaft is the center shaft. The string runs around the big pulley, then loops around the shaft two or three times. The dial turns in the same direction as the knob, so no need to figure 8 it.

As for cleaning the glass, just clean the front like you would any glass. The back has the graphics, so use a q-tip and be very careful.

Art I don't know if tis will help. It was all I could find searching around the net.
I'm sure someone has a drawing if this does not work for you.

Radio has been back together a couple of weeks. Turned out nice. I forgot to post this. Dial string wasn't too bad...it was simple. I finally learned a nice little trick tying the knot near the spring too!
