grill cloth woes
#1

Hi guys,  I have a Philco 44 highboy that I restored a couple of years ago.  Getting ready to put in an order for some grill cloth.  What is on there now isn't bad at all but the cloth is heavy and the wrong pattern.  I would like to get as close as possible to the original.  Looking at Radio Daze inventory, would "GRC02" pattern be the closest?  http://www.radiodaze.com/grille-cloth/  I am having a hard time finding what the original pattern looked like.  There should be an attached pic of the radio.

Thanks

No one ever made an accurate pattern of the cloth which your 44H had originally.

That said...Kenny Richmond's "Whiskey Rayon" or the GRC02 from Radio Daze would be good substitutes.

Thanks Ron, that is the one I was going for, just wasn't quite sure if that was the closest.
