Philco mahagoney cabinet
#1

Hi, I'm cathy from San Diego, California.  My Papa left me his Philco cabinet which has a tv, radio, and record player. I have fond memories of him playing his records and singing. I keep returning to this phorum because I feel bad for not using his cabinet to its full potential. I feel there is someone that would love this piece and restore it with much love.
Thank you and just wondering if anyone else might have something like this.

Hi Cathy, Welcome to the Phorum!

If you are trying to sell the set, please place your ad in the For Sale section and include your asking price. If you are just looking for fellow Philco enthusiasts for discussion and/or help in getting your set working, then you are in the right section of the Phorum.

Thank you, Bob. I will try to post a picture of my Philco, not to sell, but to connect to other Philco owners.

Hi everyone, I've still been researching my Philco phonorama. I believe the model # is MODEL 22B4406. I've been saving my pictures on Flickr, tomorrow my husband is going to pull my cabinet out, so we can check it out better. It's pretty dusty, been sitting in our home for a good 35 years or more. Right now we are using it as a stand for our tv.

Well, hello again, I thought I just sent a big post, but it came back empty. Please bear with me. I believe the model #22B4406 is on the back of my cabinet.  Tomorrow my husband is going to pull it out so we can have a better look at it. It's been sitting in our living room for 35 years or more. Pretty dusty, it's been used for a tv stand. (Yikes) I attached some photos to Flickr so hopefully I can share a bit more with you. Taught myself what I know re: technology,  sometimes my sister gives me a hand. Thxs friends.  Be safe out there. Now I see my other post. I'm really trying.

Hi friends, love the Philco Phorum, but for the life of me, it's extremely hard for me to post my pictures.  I have 2 pages of had written directions and it very frustrating for me. I admire all of your post with beautiful pictures attached, just doesn't seem like I'm gonna get there. Enjoy your day, cathy
