B Batt Senior Clips
#1

Does anyone know of a source to get some of the larger snap clips seen on the old portable radio batteries?   Trying to make some replacement batteries for some portables.

I may have some NOS, with leads...

So post the distance of the contacts on that battery.

That would be awesome if they are the correct size.  How many do you have and what do you want for them?  The distance between the center of the snaps is 1-1/2"  See pic.

Thanks

There is a lot more of the larger than the smaller.

Looks like 1" and 2-5/8".

There is also a lot of male snaps with attached crimp lugs but no female.

Nice I can make it work, how much, and how can I send you some money for a couple of them?  I plan to remove both terminals and soldier them to a PCB that is going inside the battery I found a design for.

Post a Wanted to buy here:

I'll reply there with same images, price, shipping and terms.

I don't collect radios that would be supported by these battery types, so they are not needed for my restorations.

If I miss the ad by 24 hours PM me.

You can get hollow rivets and setting tools on eBay as well as fishpaper at Amazon.
